Using the ice we train your body to experience good stress all with the power of functional practices.

Pre exercise, during and post if you are not aware of the power of your breath you have so much to gain.
Last weekend I had the opportunity to learn about the way breathing affects the body and mind with @own_your_breath_ From biomechanics, biochemical reactions and body processes, to your breathing, Saturation levels, Carbon dioxide output, and cardiovascular system.
Towards the end of our session we jumped into the ice bath and put our learning to practice. Thanks to Darren’s help and teaching I was able to do my 2 minutes in the Ice bath. Be sure to check out @own_your_breath_ to learn more and book in a session.
Ice baths have numerous benefits to the brain and body, not just in sport recovery but in general life, and health. Want to let go of some stress or strength your immune system? Want to focus on something else? @own_your_breath_ is more than capable in helping with your individual focus!
